Arizona COBRA Health Insurance Laws CHANGED!
Effective 01/01/2019 the rules were changed for employer-based health benefit plans issued OR renewed after December 31, 2018. Now ALL employer-based health benefit plans MUST provide that an employee and any dependent may continue coverage under the plan as provided in the COBRA law. This used to be the rule for groups of 20 or so employees, but now is the rule for ALL employer-based health plans. You can read the new law here. What it could mean to YOU is this: if you have only ONE employee you must now provide them and their dependents with COBRA benefits.
Lehrman Group has the solution. We have compared all of the options available in the state of Arizona and have the best one available to you. We compared the pricing and your administrative involvement in the process. Our solution is by far the best.
